The hotel provides a tuk-tuk service to BTS Thonglor.
The breakfast offering was disappointing. The variety in pastries was not enough. There were also no daily offerings of meats or cheeses. I hope the breakfast menu will be upgraded

The room was spacious and clean. The in-room pantry corner made eating leftovers easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mrmario ALWAYS helped when I asked. A tuk-tuk service took me to the nearby station, very convenient.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection. The lobby restaurant does not allow signing to the room. Coffee in the lobby restaurant tasted terrible to me, a little disappointing.

The pool area had comfortable loungers. A washer and dryer was available for guest use. There should be more than one set for the number of rooms. That would be AMAZING!!!

lovely stay near the train
train access helpful staff indian restaurant convenient transportation
i found the hotel very nice it sits close to the train line allowing convenient access for shopping and sightseeing the hotel provides easy access to transportation the staff were very helpful especially when i needed a car service to my next destination the indian restaurant on site was a pleasant surprise
the lack of hair conditioner in the shower was a minor inconvenience instead they stocked body lotion which felt unusual for hair care i believe this is a very small issue though

worn decor unfriendly employee
the room size was acceptable, i can't deny it.
the website showed better images than reality. i found the decor looked modern at first, but close inspection shows it was dirty and worn. i did wipe down all surfaces in the room with sanitizing wipes to feel better. the front desk had one employee who seemed not very friendly, a bit disappointing.

the studio premier room was lovely. it had a fully equipped kitchen area with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. the bedroom featured a large, comfortable bed (i slept so well!).
the location was a bit isolated. it was quite a walk to the main road and the bts station. there were stray dogs near the hotel, a concern, especially at night.
